Celebrating Apollo’s fifth anniversary, our mega-raffle is now well underway – and as the late Dale Winton used to advise us… ‘you’ve got to be in it, to win it!’
A quick rewind first for our new members, who might not be aware how this group started…
In 2013, Apollo was found in a diabolical condition – deliberately blinded in both eyes and chained to a tree without food or water. His future looked grim, but a fundraiser, ‘Please Help Apollo’, was set up and thanks to the generous support of people like yourself, he made a remarkable recovery and is now finally able to enjoy a normal, loving environment in his new home in the UK. Rehoming Cyprus Pointers was then created in conjunction with the fundraiser, with the goal of helping other abandoned, neglected or abused Pointers.
