We currently have 28 dogs in our care, 23 of whom are reserved. We had one dog in the UK, which we had originally rehomed in 2019 but became available again due to a change in the family’s circumstances and she was found a new home in July.

We had one flight which arrived the first week in July for a total of 6 dogs, 5 of whom had forever homes in place and one who went into UK foster and she has also now been rehomed. We also have another flight booked which will be arriving early August for 18 dogs, 17 of whom have forever homes waiting for them and one will be going into UK foster.

We paid our outstanding Cyprus vet and kennel bills totalling 7174 Euros and also donated £800 to help five pointers in the care of other Cyprus based rescue organisations.

We started our annual photo competition which will end on the 30th August, the winning entries from which will feature in our 2021 calendar. The calendar and a new selection of Christmas cards will go on sale later in the year. We also began the Apollo and Becky’s Bargain Bonanza Auction which ends on 2nd August.

We welcomed 255 new members to our three groups (Rehoming Cyprus Pointers, Apollo’s Angels and Apollo’s Angels Events) and we had a total of 28,600 posts, comments and reactions during July.

The next summary will be posted 1st September.
