As some of you will recall, back in April, Lena Ashton (our ‘chief angel’), Sue Hall, and myself (Lucy Willetts), travelled to Cyprus to visit the pounds and shelters, and distributed various supplies and medications that had been purchased thanks to the generosity of our supporters.

Whilst there, we met numerous dogs in need of our help, and one such dog was Earl…

We don’t know Earl’s history – only that he was absolutely terrified of the human touch, but with a bit of time, patience (and a dash of Lena’s magic ingredient – squeezy, primula cheese), as you can see, we did start to win him around…

Whilst not a Pointer, it is still very difficult to walk away from a dog, who blatantly needs your help. and so the decision was made to place Earl under the care of Rehoming Cyprus Pointers.

Within just a few weeks, Donna Kyriacou (of DanCy Dog Hotel), had worked her magic with him. Donna takes care of all of our angels – nursing them back to health, assessing and training them, and preparing them for travel to their new lives in the UK – and as you can see from the photo below, within no time at all, he was a very different dog!

At just approximately, 18 months of age, Earl is now very ready to move on to the next chapter in his life. A friendly, loving, and playful boy (who was so quick to put his trust in us), it really would be a dream come true, to see him find a forever home that he can call his own.

Thank you xx
